Prinova® Appoints New CEO and Completes Leadership Team Changes

- Barrie Laver is leaving Prinova® effective March 12, 2012

- Nick Romano appointed Chief Executive Officer

- Steve Biancaniello appointed Executive Vice President, Professional Services

- Bruce MacInnis appointed Chief Financial Officer

- Chris French appointed Executive Vice President, Go-to-Market

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - March 8, 2012) - Prinova®, Inc., a leader in the Customer Communications Management market, with a focus on integrated multi-channel customer messaging, today announced changes to its Senior Leadership Team, including the appointment of three new roles.

Changes and additions to Prinova's Senior Leadership Team are:

Nick Romano, co-founder of Prinova has stepped forward into the position of Chief Executive Officer. "I'm excited by the opportunity ahead of Prinova, and my new role as CEO," said Nick. "I'd like to thank Barrie Laver, our outgoing CEO, for all his contributions to Prinova's success. His stewardship was essential to laying the foundations for our strong growth."

Nick is a graduate of McMaster University in Hamilton, Ontario, with a bachelor's degree in Engineering and Management. Nick currently sits on the Advisory Board of the Electronic Document Systems Foundation (EDSF).

Steve Biancaniello continues to lead the Professional Services practice at Prinova in his newly appointed role of Executive Vice President, Professional Services. As a co-founder of Prinova with more than 15 years of delivering excellence in Customer Communications Management ("CCM") consulting, Steve is unrivalled in his ability to lead the Prinova Services practice to new heights.

Steve received his B.A.Sc. (Systems Design Engineering) and M.A.Sc. (Management Sciences - Information Systems) from the University of Waterloo.

Bruce MacInnis joins Prinova in the newly created role of Chief Financial Officer. Bruce acts as the principal finance resource responsible for all finance, accounting and administrative activities. Bruce is a seasoned financial executive with many years of experience as CFO for both public and private high tech companies including Bioscrypt, Certicom, and most recently Redline Communications.

Bruce graduated from the University of Toronto with a Bachelor of Commerce degree and is a Canadian Chartered Accountant. For the past six years, he has been a member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountant's Performance Reporting Board, and is the Chair of the Committee's Small Company Advisory Group.

Chris French joins Prinova in the role of Executive Vice President, Go-To-Market. He is responsible for defining and executing Prinova's complete go-to-market strategy and managing the Client Relationship Management group.

Chris joins Prinova from the award-winning SaaS company Achievers (formerly I Love Rewards) where he was based out of San Francisco and Toronto as the SVP, Global Sales. He previously served in New York as the US, Market Leader and Global Sales Leader for a division of BPO provider ACS, a Xerox Company and spent 5 years at PwC.

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from McMaster University and advises a number of startup technology companies on go to market strategy.

Mark Keating joins Prinova in the newly created role of Vice President, Marketing. He is responsible for evangelizing Prinova in the Customer Communications Management market and growing adoption of messagepoint and Prinova's CCM Services offerings.

Mark has lived and worked in Canada, the United States, Europe and Asia.

Mark graduated from Queen's University with a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) degree.
