Private Healthcare Systems Adds Mercy Health System

WALTHAM, MA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- March 17, 2005 -- Private Healthcare Systems (PHCS), the nation's leading health care cost management company, today announced that it added Mercy Health System to its PPO Network in Wisconsin and Illinois.

Mercy Health System is composed of 59 health care facilities in 23 communities throughout southern Wisconsin and northern Illinois. The experienced physicians and staff of these facilities bring a wide range of health care services to their communities, including cardiology, neurosurgery, cancer care, bariatric surgery, emergency medicine, plastic and reconstructive surgery, family medicine, as well as a wealth of other services.

The agreement between PHCS and Mercy Health System will bring nearly 200 providers to the Network and four facilities, including:

--  Mercy Hospital (Janesville, WI)
--  Mercy Harvard Hospital (Harvard, IL)
--  Mercy Walworth Medical Center (Lake Geneva, WI)
--  Mercy Woodstock Medical Center (Woodstock, IL)
