Private Healthcare Systems Appoints Michele Deverich as Regional Vice President

WALTHAM, MA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- August 2, 2005 -- Private Healthcare Systems (PHCS), the nation's leading health care cost management company, today announced Michele Deverich has joined the company as Regional Vice President.

Ms. Deverich will oversee PPO network development for the Southeast and Ohio Valley Regions, including general management of network contracting teams in Atlanta, Orlando and Nashville.

Most recently, Ms. Deverich provided technical expertise and managed complex, strategically oriented consulting engagements for high profile clients as Director, Healthcare Consulting Practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) in Washington, D.C. Prior to PwC, she held a variety of health care leadership positions with academic medical centers and health plans, gaining expertise in provider relationship management, strategic business planning, network development, sales and marketing and product development.
