Private Healthcare Systems Celebrates Twentieth Anniversary

WALTHAM, MA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- May 17, 2005 -- Private Healthcare Systems (PHCS) is celebrating its twentieth year as the nation's leading health care cost management company.

Over 16 million health plan members have access to the PHCS Network, the largest proprietary PPO in the country that boasts nearly 450,000 providers and 4,000 facilities.

The company serves more than 400 customers that include some of the largest and most prominent Taft-Hartley Funds, third-party administrators, regional managed care organizations, self-funded employers, government entities and insurance companies.

"It is inspiring to reflect on the milestones and success PHCS has achieved over the past two decades," said Joseph Driscoll, PHCS President and CEO. "I am very proud to celebrate this anniversary with the wonderful staff of PHCS as we look forward to even more rewarding new accomplishments in the years to come."
