Probe Resources Announces Filing of Its November 30, 2010 and February 28, 2011 Interim Quarterly Financial Statements and MD&A

(the "Company" or "Probe") announces that it has filed its November 30, 2010 and February 28, 2011 interim quarterly Financial Statements and Management Discussion and Analysis. These documents can be retrieved electronically from SEDAR (www.sedar.com).

The Company is in the process of completing and filing its 3rd quarter interim financial statements and MDA. Additionally, the Company is continuing to review opportunities and strategic alternatives to maximize shareholder value.
