Procera Networks Continues to Expand in Europe

Evolved DPI Innovator's New Regional Sales Team Adds Partners and Increases the Company's Presence in Europe

LOS GATOS, CA--(Marketwire - June 30, 2008) - Procera® Networks Inc. (AMEX: PKT), a developer of Evolved Deep Packet Inspection (DPI) solutions providing the most accurate traffic awareness, control and protection for complex networks, today announced that it continues to gain momentum in Europe through the addition of new team members, distributors, resellers and customers. Under the leadership of vice president of EMEA sales David Green, who has added senior DPI sales executives to Procera's team, the EMEA region continues to grow and be a vital market for Procera as broadband service providers continue to deploy DPI.

"I am extremely pleased with the sales team we've put in place and am already seeing impressive results as we expand our presence with local Procera sales support coverage for all of Europe," said Green. "The European DPI market is rapidly maturing and today's steady deal-flow in some of Europe's largest markets require our local presence in order to continue our success."

A key to the successful rollout in Europe is the ProceraPro reseller program, which supports and accelerates the sales momentum of qualified channel partners who are selling Procera's award-winning PacketLogic™ solution. Procera has already established a two-tier distribution model in the UK by adding distributor Avnet, and reseller NGR Technology, an IP Traffic Management Specialist for large enterprises, to complement long-time ProceraPro Elite reseller Metropolitan Networks, who addresses the British service provider and higher education markets.

"The ProceraPro program is important to us in such a large and diverse market as Europe," said Jon Lindén, vice president of global marketing. "The accuracy and performance of our DRDL™ architecture throughout our PacketLogic product line, gives our resellers a powerful platform to meet the needs of broadband service providers today and in the future. By adding these new European ProceraPro partners and team members, we can now leverage the foundation that has been laid in Europe since 2001, which has resulted in an impressive customer base."

To add to this momentum, Procera has also expanded its presence in Central Europe, an area with a strong economy and market potential, by signing the Distributor Sysob IT-Distribution GmbH for representation in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Additionally, five new resellers now sell PacketLogic products -- Controlware, Giegerich & Partner and DPI experts Magellan in Germany, eSystems in Switzerland, and JM-Data in Austria. In the France and Benelux regions, Procera has added leading systems integrators DML and Simac as partners, respectively.
