Procera Networks Gains Significant Wireless Network Deployment in South America

Large Systems Integrator I-Systems Wins PacketLogic Deployment From Municipality of Nuñoa, Chile

LOS GATOS, CA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- January 18, 2007 --Procera® Networks, Inc. (OTCBB: PRNW), a pioneering developer of intelligent network traffic and service management infrastructure equipment, and I-Systems Corporation, announced that I-Systems, Procera's recently signed reseller partner, has won its first PacketLogic deployment for a state-of-the-art public wireless network for the municipality of Nuñoa, Chile.

I-Systems deployed Procera's PacketLogic to secure and provide quality of service for Nuñoa's free public wireless broadband network. Nuñoa, a prosperous city of 165,000, is the first of 345 municipalities in Chile that have announced the build-out of public wireless networks with access control and is a frontrunner in deploying the reference installation.

I-Systems, headquartered in Santiago de Chile and with presence in Chile, Argentina and Peru, is a powerhouse system integrator supplying ISPs, municipalities and other governmental organizations with IT solutions consisting of everything from communication equipment to development, integration and installation.

"PacketLogic is the component that made the solution complete," says Felipe Larraín A., Project Manager at I-Systems. "We see the other municipalities following the example of Nuñoa, and feel confident we will earn a substantial portion of the deployments based on our product offering, competence and experience."

Procera Networks has experienced a breakthrough in the Chilean market over the last few months. Ambitious growth is expected in 2007, and the foothold will be extended to gain equivalent traction in the neighboring markets of Brazil and Argentina.

"The South American market is developing rapidly," says Anders Alneng, Territory Manager for South America at Procera Networks. "The need for PacketLogic has proven exceptional as a result of geographical distances, population density, financial capabilities and exponential demand growth."
