Procera Networks to Hold Business Update Conference Call on Friday, July 21, 2006 at 8:30 am (PDT)

(OTCBB: PRNW), a pioneering developer of application-driven converged network platforms, announced a live webcast and conference call for investors this Friday, July 21, 2006 at 8:30 am (PDT). The business update will include a report on progress with Procera's merger with Netintact AB.

Speakers will include Sven Nowicki, CEO of Netintact, and Gary Johnson, Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Procera Networks.
