LOS GATOS, CA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- April 27, 2007 -- Procera® Networks, Inc. (OTCBB: PRNW), a pioneering developer of intelligent network traffic and service management infrastructure equipment, announced that it has co-sponsored, and will participate in a Homeland Security and CALEA Conference developed by the prominent Bennet and Bennet Law firm located in Washington, DC to address the regulations that continue to add burdensome compliance requirements on all telecommunications carriers. Bennet and Bennet's legal services have been retained by many Broadband Service Providers (BSPs) nationwide which have required legal opinions on many of the new government regulations impacting their businesses, in which the Communications Assistance for Law Enforcement Act (CALEA) is the most recent and far reaching. The event will take place in Dallas, Texas at the Gaylord Texan Resort and Convention Center on May 2 - 3, 2007.

"We are very excited to have Procera participate in our premier event," said Dee Herman, principal at Bennet and Bennet. "We have been working with a number of BSPs that have used the Procera Networks' solution and found their CALEA solution to be outstanding," continued Herman.

Procera Networks will present its joint traffic management and CALEA compliance solution at the conference along with its strategic partner, West Central Net which is providing the Trusted Third Party (TTP) services to handle the deliver and communications interface with Law Enforcement Agencies when the BSPs are served with a Lawful Intercept Request.
