Procera Networks Signs Solution Partnership Agreement With Pan-European IT Services Company TietoEnator

Procera Networks' PacketLogic Solution Will Be Sold and Integrated by TietoEnator Telecom & Media

VARBERG, SWEDEN -- (MARKET WIRE) -- March 12, 2007 -- Procera® Networks, Inc. (OTCBB: PRNW), a pioneering developer of intelligent network traffic and service management infrastructure equipment, today announced that TietoEnator Telecom & Media has entered into a partnership with Procera Networks regarding PacketLogic. TietoEnator Telecom & Media has more than 5,300 employees and operations in 15 countries. TietoEnator Telecom & Media is part of TietoEnator with almost 16,000 employees and EUR 1.5bn ($1.97bn) in revenue in 2006.
