PRESCOTT, AZ -- (MARKET WIRE) -- August 4, 2005 -- Produce Safety & Security International, Inc. (OTC: PDSC) announced today that Capital Group Advisors, Inc will no longer be handling investor relations for the company, effective immediately. In addition, the Special Advisor for funding has resigned.
