Produce Safety Completes Testing of Spherequat Multi Purpose Cleaner and Disinfectant

Test Results Prepared for Produce Safety by Food Safety Net Services LLC of Phoenix, AZ

IRVING, TX--(Marketwire - August 23, 2007) - Produce Safety & Security International, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: PDSF) is pleased to announce that the test results for Spherequat 1000, Spherequat 5500, and Spherequat 6400 have been completed. The Spherequat products were tested, and proved to be effective in the removal and reduction of food-borne illnesses such as E.coli, Salmonella, and Staphylococcus.

The Spherequat tests were conducted by study director David Bosco, and approved by management from Food Safety Net Services Ltd. The tests, which were conducted at two different sites in Arizona and Texas, were verified by Dr. Wendy Warren-Sema, Director of Laboratory Technical Services. The Company will produce Spherequat as a "Ready to Use" product line for direct sales to government agencies, medical facilities, and the hospitality industry.
