IRVING, TX--(Marketwire - June 6, 2007) - PRODUCE SAFETY AND SECURITY INTERNATIONAL, INC. (PINKSHEETS: PDSF) ("PDSF") announces the appointment of Derrick Coffman, Coffman Group Dallas, Texas, as new facilities Vice President. Mr. Coffman has owned Coffman Group of Dallas for 13 years. Mr. Coffman has major projects in Texas, California, Florida and Virginia. Clarence W.
