Produce Safety and Security International, Inc. Discussing Contract Arrangements for a Truck Sanitization Operation to Service the Northeast Boston Area

PRESCOTT, AZ -- (MARKET WIRE) -- July 11, 2005 -- Produce Safety & Security International, Inc. (OTC: PDSC) is pleased to announce that the company is discussing contract arrangements for a truck sanitization operation that will service the Northeast Boston area. The truck sanitization operation and sales marketing office will be under the direction of Mr. Joseph Simpson, who is a special advisor to Produce Safety and Security International, Inc. and manufacturer of the Sphere Group product line.

The company's truck sanitization operation (SOP) consists of an Ozone and Spherequat 6400 mixture, under high pressure, to wash the inside and the outside of trailers. This will provide a bacteria and pathogen-free transportation vehicle to transport product to the end user without cross contamination from the previous product hauled on the trailer, such as fish or poultry.

Each trailer will be provided with a Global Inspection Services (GIS) certificate stating the trailer meets the requirements of the specifications of GIS. This provides the transportation supplier with a complete audit trail. It is estimated that 70% of the nation's cold storage/freezer warehouses require each of the trailers loaded at their facilities to be washed. Currently, facilities are not using a process that provides for removal of bacteria and pathogens from the trailer. This allows for the possibility of cross contamination which can affect the transported product, resulting in possible illness risk for the end users of the transported products.
