Produce Safety & Security International, Inc. Expands Warehouse and Corporate Office in Prescott, Arizona

PRESCOTT, AZ -- (MARKET WIRE) -- May 22, 2006 -- Produce Safety & Security International (PINKSHEETS: PDSC) ("PDSC"), an ozone and chemical sanitation disinfectant process supplier to the food and medical industries, has increased the size of Prescott, Arizona, facility by 100%.

The increased sales for the entire Spherequat®, Medic-Kleen® product line Spherequat 1000, 6400, 8600, RTU 2525-200, RTU 8600 has made it necessary to double the size for PDSC distribution center location: 6708 Corsair Avenue, Prescott Air Park, Prescott, Arizona. This facility will maintain inventories for each product line to provide immediate delivery for each product line serviced by the Prescott facility received a container of RTU 2525-200 and five more containers of each Spherequat product line are to arrive in the next 10 days.

This facility will also house and provide complete training seminar programs for Ozone and Spherequat Processing Programs for Produce, Dairy, Meat, Poultry, Seafood, Wastewater, Sewage and Odor Control.
