Produce Safety & Security International Inc. Now Has Three Distribution Centers for Spherequat Products and Medic-Kleen

PRESCOTT, AZ -- (MARKET WIRE) -- February 21, 2006 -- Produce Safety & Security International Inc. (OTC: PDSC) ("PDSC"), a sanitation disinfectant process supplier to the food and medical industries, is pleased to announce the opening of the third distribution center at the Florence, Kentucky, manufacturing plant for trailer load and drop shipments.

PDSC's arrangement with Sphere Group for the ability to make trailer load and drop shipments from the manufacturing facility now positions economical distribution for all areas of our domestic client base.

The Houston, Texas, facility will supply Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi and Mexico. Florence, Kentucky, will handle the Northeast, Southeast and Midwest.
