Produce Safety & Security International, Inc. to Provide Laboratory Testing for Domestic and Import Food Products

IRVING, TX--(Marketwire - November 29, 2007) - Produce Safety & Security International, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: PDSS) is pleased to announce that the Company will begin laboratory testing for all food products shipped from the Company's distribution centers. The results of the testing will be provided for all relevant government agencies, including the FDA, showing that the products are free from food borne illnesses and pathogens.

Laboratory testing will reduce the risk of consuming food borne bacteria; restoring confidence in consumers and increasing the bottom line for the Company's clients. The Company's process of laboratory testing could provide a solution to the growing concern for food safety. Currently, there are federal guidelines for laboratory testing of imported food products; all current laboratory testing is determined by the individual company shipping products to local stores around the country.

"We are determined to provide accurate, test results to the FDA regarding products shipped from the Company's distribution centers. We believe the process of testing foods should begin before food is available to consumers, decreasing the chances of outbreaks of bacteria like E. coli in contaminated spinach last summer," stated Clarence W. Karney, CEO of Produce Safety & Security International, Inc.
