IRVING,TX--(Marketwire - August 14, 2007) - Produce Safety & Security International, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: PDSF) provides cost effective Ozone Water System Disinfection with a portable structure that provides the ability for disinfection and packaging of field harvested products for direct delivery to the end user. This process will reduce the risk of CONTAMINATION causing FOOD-BORNE ILLNESS. PDSF was an exhibitor at the 10th annual FORCE HEALTH PROTECTION CONFERENCE at Louisville, KY. PDSF provides a proposal for Ozone Water disinfection for field harvested produce for commercial and in country local procurement.

PDSF provides a cost effective Ozone air disinfection process, and has submitted a proposal for the use of Ozone Air Systems for field use in portable hospitals for the Department of the Army. Clarence W. Karney & Dr. Kent Sorrells are highly optimistic for the opportunity to provide a cost effective process for the immediate use in the forward areas. R&D for this project will commence immediately.
