Produce Safety & Security International, Inc. Receives First Order for Prescott, Arizona

PRESCOTT, AZ -- (MARKET WIRE) -- January 17, 2006 -- Produce Safety & Security International, Inc. (OTC: PDSC), an ozone sanitation disinfectant process supplier to the Food and Medical Industries, has placed an order for the second trailer load of RTU 2525-200 and Medic-Kleen for delivery to the distribution center located in Prescott, AZ, by mid-February.

Clarence W. Karney, CEO of Produce Safety & Security International, Inc., states, "This order is the second trailer load of EPA Registered Product and will service the clients of Nevada, Arizona, Southern California, New Mexico and Utah." These Spherequat Products, Medic-Kleen, RTU 2525-200 and Ozone Process, will provide Produce Safety & Security a complete Food Safety program for the removal of pathogens and extended shelf-life. Retail value of this order is $95,000.00.
