Produce Safety & Security International Inc. Receives Proposal From Technology Partner for Complete Program of Ozone Food Safety Process

Testing Is Complete and Will Soon Be Released for Product Application to the Produce Industry

PRESCOTT, AZ -- (MARKET WIRE) -- March 6, 2006 -- Produce Safety & Security International, Inc. (OTC: PDSC), an ozone and chemical sanitation disinfectant process supplier to the Food Industry and Medical/Dental Facilities, has received a proposal, from a soon-to-be-announced technology partner, for E. coli bacteria sanitization level monitoring. Testing is now complete and will soon be released for product application to the produce industry.

The proposal calls for complete data monitoring for sanitization of E. coli bacteria levels. The improvements include the ability to break down the monitoring data into hourly, daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly increments.
