OTTAWA, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - Dec. 5, 2013) - Members of the Professional Institute of the Public Service of Canada (PIPSC) today elected a new President to lead their union over the next two years. Current Vice-President Debi Daviau was elected President in the fifth round of balloting.

In keeping with PIPSC By-laws, President-elect Daviau's term will begin on January 1, 2014.
