The New Year is here and with it all there are new changes coming from PMI, or the Project Management Institute. For those in the project management industry, PMI announced that they are going to make changes specifically to their PMP (Project Management Professional) exam beginning in 2016.

On January 13th, PM in Theory - PMP Prep Exam Changes will explore what is driving these changes and what it means to you and your study plan if you are planning to take the PMP exam in 2016.
