Project Insight Project Management Software Provider Leads the Way with Innovative Webcasting

IRVINE, CA--(Marketwired - July 14, 2015) - Project Insight (www.projectinsight.net), project and portfolio management software provider, is leading the way in innovative webinar broadcasting with their popular project management webinar series. For the past four years, Project Insight has partnered with Core Performance Concepts (www.coreperformanceconcepts.com), PMI® registered project management education and leadership provider, to present their audience with the top trending project management topics.

As popularity of the webinars increased, the successful partnership implemented a more effective way to engage with the audience, comprised of project managers, program managers, business analysts, PMO directors, and other business leaders. In the past, the webinars consisted of one presenter, one moderator and PowerPoint slides.

Spring 2015 came in with a kick when Project Insight and Core Performance Concepts announced a new format for their webinar series. Maintaining two project management webinars per month, the team decided to introduce one topic and divide it in two parts: 'PM in Theory' and 'PM in Practice.'

Hosted and presented by high profile guest speakers, 'PM in Theory' focuses on dissecting project management concepts from fundamentals to evolving methodologies. During the 'Theory' session, the audience is engaged through relevant poll questions and encouraged to submit their own examples for discussion during the 'PM in Practice' follow up session.

'PM in Practice' is structured to put those theories and concepts into practice. Presented by a group of project managers on live web cameras, they take the interaction to the next level. "Having the instructors' faces to watch while they talk helps my fuzzy human brain stay focused. They are relaxed, very knowledgeable and the discussion made me want more!" exclaimed one of the attendees.

Submitted questions and case studies are also shared with the audience as the project management experts provide feedback, relevant examples and helpful templates while talking to the audience.

"I love the new format, and the content of the webinars is always great," commented another webinar fan. "As a PMP it is great to hear what others are doing and learn from experienced folks facing the same challenges."

All webinars are offered at no cost and are open to the general public. Professional Development Units (PDUs) are also available for all participants. PDUs are particularly useful for certified Project Management Professionals (PMPs) who need the educational credits to maintain their credential.
