Project Management Webinar on Developing Risk Response Strategies

IRVINE, CA--(Marketwired - November 20, 2014) - Project and portfolio management software provider, Project Insight (www.projectinsight.net), announced its last advanced project management webinar from the already popular series of trainings in 2014. Along with long-time partner Core Performance Concepts Inc. (CPC) (www.coreperformanceconcepts.com ) the webinar "Developing Risk Response Strategies" will be held Wednesday, November 26, 2014 at 8:00 am PT.

Last May, Project Insight and CPC released "Techniques for Identifying and Assessing Risk," a fundamental project management webinar session dedicated to exploring and identifying project risks before it impacts projects. After developing an extensive list of risk events, it is time to learn how to prioritize risks and roll out an action plan.

What is an action plan? In this advanced project management series, a panel of experienced project management professionals (PMPs) will share and discuss the most effective action plans to implement before risk happens and how to develop a positive response if risk has already occurred. The objective of this webinar is to:

  • List risk responses that can be implemented before the risk event happens
  • Identify responses to positive risk events
  • Illustrate how response plans change risk ranking
  • Describe the use of contingency plans

Project Insight and CPC run two unique project management webinars per month, one basic and one advanced topic, both conveniently accessible through any desktop or mobile device with Wi-Fi connection. Each webinar is an hour long, providing customers and the general public with the opportunity to gain project management training and skills at no cost. For those who are Project Management Institute (PMI) certified project managers or PMPs, Project Insight provides PDU certificates for attendees who need to maintain and report requirement training hours to the Project Management Institute (PMI).
