Project Remedies Inc. Announces a New Out-of-the-Box Integration Between MS Project and PRI's ActionProgram Manager Plus

Project Remedies Inc. (PRI) Is a BMC Remedy Technology Alliance Partner and Validated Software Solution Provider

PACIFIC PALISADES, CA--(Marketwire - February 18, 2010) -  Remedy users and developers who have tried using MS Project in the past, have expressed a need for incorporating a disciplined and integrated project and program management approach into their workflow processes. They have found success with Project Remedies' ActionProgram Manager Plus.

ActionProgram Manager Plus is the only program / project management system running on the BMC Remedy Action Request System, and the only program management system that is integrated with BMC's IT Service Management Suite. It is used by a growing number of leading ITSM Suite users to reduce their pain points for managing programs, projects, resources, and costs. Because it runs on the same environment as the BMC IT Service Management Suite, ActionProgram Manager Plus eliminates a silo, and eliminates the need for the costly and time-consuming major integration project that comes with trying to integrate disparate products.

Still, some users find MS Project to be a useful tool for creating project plans and for sharing project plans with management. To meet this need, Project Remedies has developed and announces today a powerful new out-of-the-box bi-directional integration between MS Project (2003 and later versions) and ActionProgram Manager Plus. With it, users can take advantage of the strengths of both products. To reduce our users' cost and risk, installation of this interface on one server and administrator training are included at no additional cost in the software license fee.

Like all PRI applications, this interface was developed in the USA.
