PALO ALTO, CA--(Marketwired - February 18, 2016) - Cooley continues to bolster its business department in Palo Alto with the return of partner Laura Berezin. She rejoins Cooley's life sciences group from Hogan Lovells, where she has been practicing since early 2011.

She advises clients on a wide range of corporate matters and also has extensive experience in counseling publicly traded life sciences companies and their boards of directors.
