Promising New Business Focus for MSE Enviro-Tech Corp. as Well as New Stock Symbol and New Officers and Directors

TORONTO -- (MARKET WIRE) -- March 26, 2007 -- MSE Enviro-Tech Corp. (PINKSHEETS: MEVT) announces that its stock trading symbol on the OTC Pink Sheets has been changed to MEVT.PK (from MSEE.PK -- formerly known as MSE Ecoengine Inc.). The Company is also pleased to announce that its new business focus -- on technology transfer and the launch and marketing of innovative technologies that address important global markets -- is approaching fruition and expected to achieve important corporate milestones in the months ahead. In accordance with its new business focus, MEVT is also pleased to announce its new Officers and Directors.

MSE Enviro-Tech Corp.'s New Focus

The reorganization of the Company over the past few months, including the appointment of a new Board of Directors, has been carried out to position MEVT as an aggressive technology-led business that will focus on the specialized areas of technology transfer, and the launch, marketing and distribution of proven technologies requiring marketing expertise and a network of contacts that can facilitate the successful exploitation of a new and promising technology.

Surprisingly, companies that develop new technologies -- and products based on those technologies -- often find the process of successfully bringing such products to market very difficult to achieve. It's easy to see how this can happen: Companies that develop new technology-based products are often so focused on Research & Development that they lack the necessary business and marketing acumen to successfully propel the often 'great new product/technology' through the all-important stage of Commercialization -- the stage at which sales and profits are achieved and the product reaches the crucial "pay-off" stage to provide a return for the years of focus on Research & Development investment and work.

Poised for Growth

The management team at MSE Enviro-Tech Corp. enjoys an international network of business contacts across a number of technology-led industries and a singular focus on technology-based commercial opportunities. The Company has identified numerous promising business prospects and technology partners and, following extensive negotiations, intends to launch its initial, promising technology/product marketing venture in the near future. Assessments and negotiations regarding additional promising technology prospects continue, with additional key developments anticipated through 2007.
