ProntoForms Saves Pesado Energy Services $250K in 2015

ProntoForms is a member of Apple's Mobility Partner Program (MPP), an initiative to help Apple expand market share for iOS devices in business. Pesado used ProntoForms on iOS to mobilize a number of business processes, including its Job Number Request form, which is completed by a supervisor whenever the company takes on a new project. As soon as the form is submitted via ProntoForms solutions, all stakeholders involved in the project are automatically notified and can start to prepare immediately. The form also ensures that all team members are fully qualified and have the required certifications for their assigned tasks. The solution has all but eliminated a time-consuming manual process for booking and assigning equipment, staff, and materials needed for each job.
