NORTH YORKSHIRE, UK -- (MARKET WIRE) -- February 16, 2007 -- Propalms USA, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: JLNY) is pleased to announce that the Company's wholly owned subsidiary, Propalms, Ltd., has been featured in the March edition of Focus, a quarterly magazine published by Phoenix Software, one of the UK's leading suppliers of software and foremost experts in software volume licensing and compliance. The story focuses Propalms Terminal Services Edition (TSE) and its emergence as the popular choice for thin client server-based computing.

The Focus story points out that according to Gartner, a conglomerate of more than 1,200 research analysts in the IT workforce, worldwide thin client computing is growing by 20-25% on a yearly average. It states that small and large firms are taking the thin client route for a lower-cost alternative to Citrix -- previously unrivaled in the area of server-based computing -- with TSE as the genuine choice.
