Propalms USA, Inc. Retains Nationally Recognized Accounting Firm in Order to Up List to a Higher Exchange

NORTH YORKSHIRE, UK--(Marketwire - June 7, 2007) - Propalms USA, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: PRPM) is pleased to announce that the Company has retained Kabani & Company, Inc. as its auditor in order to proceed with Propalms' corporate strategy to up list to the OTC Bulletin Board, or a higher exchange such as the NASDAQ or AMEX. Kabani & Company, Inc. is a growing public accounting and consulting firm based in Los Angeles, California.

In 2006, Kabani & Company, Inc. was ranked as the second fastest growing firm in America, according to PAR's "America's Fastest Growing Accounting Firms -- 2006." The publication also ranked Kabani & Company amongst the top 30 SEC auditors in the USA. PAR is published by Commerce Clearinghouse.

Propalms recently announced that the Company has increased its sales transactions for the first quarter of 2007 by 28 percent as compared to the first quarter of 2006. The first quarter sales do not include Propalms' agreement to supply the Toyota Group with the TSE software on a worldwide exclusive basis. Propalms signed the agreement with TT Network Integration (Thailand) Co., Ltd., who will supply Propalms TSE software throughout Thailand and exclusively to the Toyota Group on a worldwide basis. Toyota Group has over 286,000 employees worldwide, which has the potential to generate over $3.2 million in sales transactions.
