Propell and IMRadio Expand Partnership to Over 220 Online Shops

'PropellShops' System Lets Bands, Musicians Offer Apparel & More With No Investment

SAN ANSELMO, CA--(Marketwire - March 17, 2011) - Propell Corporation (OTCBB: PROP), founder of the PropellShops® "instant ecommerce" system for schools, businesses, nonprofits and the military, announced today that it has expanded its partnership with IMRadio ( to over 220 online shops featuring IMRadio musicians from around the world.

Propell, through its proprietary PropellShops ecommerce system and "on demand" manufacturing, provides unique web stores for each band, featuring hundreds of products that are manufactured, printed and shipped only when ordered -- with no minimum quantities or setup charges, and no inventory.

IMRadio, which strives to "turn dreams into day jobs," has attracted over 16,000 independent musicians by offering free radio airplay, an online destination to reach their fans, and revenue opportunities. Adding the PropellShops service means every musician can offer all the merchandise the biggest bands offer -- without any investment, inventory, or management time.

The artist or band selects which items to offer, printed or embroidered with its name or any other artwork, then sets the retail price, and receives a portion of every sale.

"Our musicians are thrilled to have their own shops," said Paddy J. Noonan, founder and President of IM Radio, whose artists and bands hail from over 75 countries.

"We've opened over 220 shops so far and intend to open many more as we make this service available to all 16,000 member musicians and groups," he added. "Every musician wants apparel and other merchandise, but it can be difficult to manage -- and expensive. By integrating PropellShops into our service, they can offer a wide variety of products online without any risk."

"IMRadio's model of offering free radio airplay to independent musicians, along with an online destination to reach their fans, is the perfect fit for Propell, since our service meets a real need. A PropellShop lets musicians earn money at no risk and just as importantly, provides a tool for artists to build or increase awareness for their band," said Propell CEO Ed Bernstein.

IMRadio is an "open source" online radio station that only airs original music -- yet resembles traditional radio in that each musician's airplay is scheduled and organized by location, so artists know when and where their songs will air daily.

"Over 16,000 musicians have joined IMRadio because we deliver airplay that brings awareness to their music, and we have ways to put money in their pocket now too," said Noonan, a musician himself. "PropellShops is a huge part of that appeal."

Propell® Corporation's PropellShops® service is a web-based commerce solution that lets any organization -- whether school, band, nonprofit, sports team or business -- instantly create a web store offering customized apparel and gifts featuring their brand, logo or other artwork. Propell's partners have complete control of their shops, including which products to sell, and what price to sell them. Propell does the rest -- hosting the shop, making the products, shipping them to customers, and paying the partner a share of every sale.
