Property Damage Appraisers Chooses SceneAccess Claims Software

System Will Connect Offices, Appraisers and Customers in 50 States

LAS VEGAS, NV -- (MARKET WIRE) -- May 22, 2006 -- ACORD/LOMA Forum -- Property Damage Appraisers Inc. (PDA) of Fort Worth, Texas, has signed an enterprise license agreement for Scene Genesis Inc.'s (SGI) SceneAccess electronic claims-management system, SGI announced today. SceneAccess will give PDA a communications system capable of connecting its offices, appraisers and clients nationally.

One of the largest networks of automobile appraisal and inspection services, PDA chose SGI as its technology provider after performing a comprehensive search.

"Selecting a technology provider that will accommodate future enhancements was one of our greatest motivators," said PDA president Larry Jordan. "SGI's SceneAccess is a critical piece to our corporate development and will give us added momentum as we gain market share. In addition, the system will enable us to provide the same level of service in our growing home and business property lines as in our auto appraisal and inspection lines."

SGI's SceneAccess will replace PDA's Franchise Management System, currently serving more than 5,000 clients. Assignments will be entered in SceneAccess and automatically routed to appraisers, who will upload the completed claim to PDA via SceneAccess.

"SceneAccess is a highly configurable and modifiable system that will give PDA the functionality needed to gain a greater competitive advantage in the marketplace," said Ian Cunningham, CEO of SGI. "Using SceneAccess will improve communication between PDA's offices and consistency in their work."

Currently, when an assignment is created, personnel at PDA enter redundant data into multiple systems. SceneAccess will be the centralized location for all data and will automatically populate the information to the correct systems.

Appraisers will use SceneAccess to upload assignments, photos and estimating-management-system data via PDA's Web portal. This will continue to enforce PDA's standardized work product and ensure prompt service.

Other SceneAccess benefits for PDA include the elimination of large storage facilities, quick access to information for tracking, and the ability to audit estimates automatically based on client-specific procedures.

SceneAccess is available as software or as an ASP. PDA signed an enterprise license agreement with SGI to allow SceneAccess to reside in its environment.
