ProPhotonix Launch a Highly Uniform, Modular LED Panel Light at Vision 2014

SALEM, NH--(Marketwired - Nov 6, 2014) - ProPhotonix Limited (PINKSHEETS: STKR) (LSE: PPIX) (LSE: PPIR), a designer and manufacturer of LED illumination systems and laser diode modules with operations in Ireland and the United Kingdom, today announces the launch of a modular, highly uniform panel light for machine vision applications.

The new panel light produces a highly uniform optical output with a modular form factor and is easily scalable. The panel has been designed by the ProPhotonix' engineering team to ensure uniformity is controlled to within 1% across the entire illumination area regardless of panel size. This uniformity scalability is achieved through complex software structures that tune the LEDs in real time ensuring optimum optical output intensity.

The panel light is available in any color and in single or multi-wavelength configurations. The electronic design allows for adjustment of the individual intensities of the LEDs, strobing functionality and the ability to input delay signals to the light for synchronization with cameras if required.
