ProPhotonix Limited, (London Stock Exchange - AIM: PPIX and PPIR, OTC:
STKR.PK), a designer and manufacturer of LED systems and laser modules
as well as a distributor of premium vendors' laser diodes, is pleased
to announce that printed copies of its Annual Report and Accounts for
the year ended 31 December 2010 together with the Notice of the Special
Meeting, to be held in Lieu of the Annual General Meeting, and form of
proxy will be distributed today to the shareholders of record as of 8
April 2011. An electronic copy will be available today on the

The Company's Special Meeting will be held at 10:00 AM on 26 May 2011
