("Prosperity") (TSX VENTURE:PPG) announces that it has received conditional acceptance from the TSX Venture Exchange to extend the term of 5,000,000 warrants (previously issued November 5, 2010) from November 5, 2012 to November 5, 2013. The warrants remain exercisable at $0.25 per share.
