Company Plans to Buy Back up to 400 Million Shares of Its Issued and Common Stock

NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwire - December 9, 2010) -  Marketwire- ProTek Capital, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: PRPM) is pleased to announce that the Company plans to buy back up to 400 Million shares of its issued and common stock as part of a share buy-back program pursuant to Rule 10b-18. The Company's President, Robert Zysblat, will be directing the program which will run from 1st January, 2011 to 31st December, 2011, or until all of the shares have been purchased, whichever shall first occur. While the Company is not under any obligation to repurchase shares under this Program, the Company is excited about the Program and believes it will enhance the value of the investment focus to acquire software companies.
