Protext Mobility Announces Distribution Agreement With Bay Ridge Honda/Volvo/Volkswagen of New York to Sell Distracted Driving Solution

Company's OBD-II Distracted Driving Product to Be Sold at Bay Ridge Honda, Bay Ridge Volvo and Bay Ridge Volkswagen Auto-Dealerships Servicing the NYC Tri-State Area

DELRAY BEACH, FL--(Marketwired - Mar 18, 2014) - Protext Mobility (OTCQB: TXTMD) (OTCQB: TXTM), a developer of innovative and trusted applications for the mobile communications market, is pleased to announce that the Company has executed a distribution agreement with Bay Ridge Honda, Bay Ridge Volvo, and Bay Ridge Volkswagen, one of New York's premier Auto-Dealership groups. This auto dealer group sold in excess of 6,000 vehicles last year, including Honda, Volkswagen and Volvo. Pursuant to the agreement, Protext's OBD-II distracted driving solution will be marketed and sold through all three of the Bay Ridge dealerships in the NYC Tri-State area. The DriveAlert product, a text blocking and distracted driving solution aimed at curbing the distracted driving epidemic, will be sold directly to consumers with collateral marketing and product information displayed prominently at the welcome desk and throughout the showroom floor.
