Protext Mobility Signs Distribution Agreement With Corporate Communications Group, Inc.

Protext Enters Into an Agreement to Market Bullying and Distracted Driving Solutions in Tier-1 Wireless Carrier Stores

SYOSSET, NY--(Marketwire - Dec 21, 2011) - Protext Mobility, Inc. (OTCBB: TXTM), a mobile solutions developer of innovative and trusted applications to the fast-growing mobile communications and apps markets, and Corporate Communications Group, Inc. (CCG), a full-service distribution and marketing communications support company, have entered into a joint agreement to market and distribute Protext Mobility solutions directly to consumers through wireless retail stores in the CCG network.

Under the terms of the agreement, CCG will develop and manage a marketing and distribution initiative to make Protext Mobility solutions, SafeText and DriveAlert, available for discovery and purchase in the wireless retail stores. In addition to the consumer offering, CCG and Protext Mobility will develop and distribute a corporate compliance mobile solution for enterprises within the networks' client base. Lastly, to expand product visibility, CCG will make the Protext Mobility solutions available on the retail and corporate websites exclusively operated and managed by CCG (i.e. www.sprnext.com & www.Sprint.com/citi).

"We are pleased to enter into this business relationship with Protext," said Jared A. Lerner, President of Corporate Communications Group. "We chose to partner with Protext Mobility because we've identified an unmet demand. Today, parents need and desire help to gain necessary insight and visibility into their children's use of today's mobile technology. The mobile solutions from Protext provide parents peace of mind as it relates to the 3 most serious dangers a child may encounter as they use very advanced, high powered mobile devices: bullying, sexting and distracted driving."

"As part of our focus on targeted distribution, we are delighted to have CCG as a partner. Part of the agreement is to install on premise marketing through point-of-sale installation and signage. This distribution agreement will provide valuable targeted brand awareness directly to our target market. The brand awareness will have clear call to actions and should contribute to building our subscriber base. Furthermore, each location will have highly trained sales staff with strong product knowledge of Protext products and services. CCG brings over 10 years of distribution and marketing expertise to the relationship combined with our technology will lead to the synergistic opportunity we have been looking for," said Peter Charles, CEO of Protext Mobility.
