Provision Interactive Jump Starts Major Ad Sales Initiative With Industry Veteran

Screenvision Alum Patrick Maes Named Vice President Sales

CHATSWORTH, CA--(Marketwire - April 17, 2008) - Provision Interactive Technologies, a subsidiary of Provision Holding (OTCBB: PVHO), announced today it has named Patrick Maes as its new Vice President of Sales and Advertising. As the newest member of Provision's senior management team, Maes will be spearheading all media and promotional efforts.

Maes has amassed a very impressive media and entertainment portfolio, having worked for such prestigious companies as NBC, ABC, John Blair Entertainment, Landon Media Group and Dick Clark Corporate Communications. He comes to Provision from the world of cinema advertising with Screenvision Cinema Network in Santa Monica, CA. There, Maes was instrumental in the creation of a regional sales division, which continues to grow and flourish. Maes began his career as a production assistant at CBS Television City in Hollywood, CA.
