Provision Interactive Partners With Social Media Discount Company to Boost Local Ad Sales

Provision and SocialBuy.com Add High-Tech In-Store Component to Los Angeles Area Couponing Program

CHATSWORTH, CA--(Marketwire - December 15, 2010) - Provision Interactive Technologies, Inc. ("Provision"), a subsidiary of Provision Holding, Inc. (OTCBB: PVHO), announced today that it has signed an agreement with Santa Monica-based social media discount company SocialBuy.com. SocialBuy.com will support Provision's local advertising sales efforts as Provision continues to roll out its 3D Rewards Center network in Los Angeles.

SocialBuy.com's local coupons and promotions, referred to as "Daily Deals," will be placed in the Provision's 3D kiosks that are located in Los Angeles area grocery stores. Consumers using the Reward Centers will have access to discounts from numerous local merchants that otherwise would not have been made available to them.

Provision's partnership with SocialBuy.com includes profit sharing. As SocialBuy.com coupons are redeemed with local merchants, Provision will receive a percentage of the items sold. SocialBuy.com's leading-edge technology will allow both parties to monitor the impressions, click-throughs and/or other tracked activities achieved by Provision's 3D Rewards Center.
