Provision Interactive Signs Strategic Alliance Agreement With IPG Media Lab

CHATSWORTH, CA--(Marketwire - October 7, 2010) - Provision Interactive Technologies, Inc. ("Provision"), a subsidiary of Provision Holding (OTCBB: PVHO), announced today, that it has signed a one year strategic alliance agreement with IPG Media Lab to introduce Provision's products and services to the Interpublic Agency network. Provision has installed its 3D Holographic display inside the Los Angeles retail technology center of the IPG Media Lab ( Provision's 17 inch 3D holographic display is showcased in an attractive kiosk branded by Google. 

As part of the strategic alliance Provision will be participating in various IPG marketing and promotional activities throughout the term of the agreement.
