PRSA-NY Announces Finalists for 2011 Big Apple Awards

NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwire - May 10, 2011) - The New York Chapter of the Public Relations Society of America today announced the finalists for the 24th Annual Big Apple Awards.

"The outstanding entries we received this year highlight the best and brightest of the public relations profession," said Harry Zlokower, Big Apple Awards Chair and President of Zlokower Company. "A Big Apple is one of the toughest peer-judged awards in the industry and we saw many exceptional campaigns this year."

Winners and honorable mentions will be recognized at the Hudson Theatre, Millennium Broadway Hotel on Thursday, May 26, 2011. Overall winners for Best Use of Research and Best of the Best will also be awarded. In addition, winners of this year's John W. Hill, Philip Dorf and President's Awards will be honored for their commitment to the PR industry.
