MINNEAPOLIS, MN--(Marketwired - February 23, 2016) - Ceridian announces that PSK Supermarkets is able to manage compliance with the heavy reporting requirements and complexities related to the Affordable Care Act, using Dayforce HCM.
As of February 2016, full time employees in companies with over 50 employees in the US must receive a 1095C form along with their W2. The 1095C form is complicated to navigate, with numerous codes for each employee as well as multiple reason codes that offer information as to why the employee was or was not offered healthcare coverage.
PSK Supermarkets completed their 1095C forms in 1 day with Dayforce HCM. The company uses Dayforce for on boarding, scheduling, time and attendance, payroll, workflow management, benefits, and managed ACA compliance.
