PSP Announces Organizational Change

KANATA, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - May 4, 2009) - Pacific Safety Products Inc. ("PSP") (TSX VENTURE:PSP), a leader in the field of protective body armour and soldier systems equipment, today announced that it has eliminated the position of Vice President Corporate Development as part of on-going cost containment initiatives. As a result of this decision, Jacques Bonaventure, Vice President of Canadian Sales and Corporate Development, has left PSP. Mr. Bonaventure's executive responsibilities will be assumed by David Scott, Chief Executive Officer of PSP.
