PUBC Names Gary Clark to Advisory Board

LAS VEGAS, NV -- (MARKET WIRE) -- November 22, 2005 -- Public Company Management Corporation (OTC BB: PUBC) has announced that Gary Clark, Ph.D., has joined the company's advisory board. As president of Clark Asset Management and Associates, Inc., Clark handles portfolio management, consulting on investment projects, and securities research for various clients.

"Gary Clark will bring significant value to our board with his broad-based experience with investments and the inner workings of many different companies," said Stephen Brock, president and CEO of PUBC. Clark's previous appointments include serving as Controller at Relco Management Company; portfolio manager at Parametrics, Inc., an investment management and consulting firm; and as Computer Systems Analyst for the U.S. Army in Heidelberg, Germany. Clark is a graduate of Claremont McKenna College and holds a Master's degree and a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Oklahoma. He has served as a Lecturer in Security Analysis, Investment Theory and Applications, and Financial Management at California State University at Long Beach.

Clark will fill the PUBC Advisory Board seat vacated by Bob Beers, while Beers campaigns for the Nevada governorship. He will join other members of PUBC's Advisory Board, including Chairman Brad Smith, a 20-year veteran of the capital market industry as a financial service company officer, director or adviser; Stephen Boyko, past NASD auditor and director of the NASD policy division, international capital market development consultant, college professor and CEO of a technology company; Peter Chepucavage, past SEC staff attorney and founder of the International Association of Small Broker-Dealers and Advisors; and Bill Ross, President of Public Company Securities, an OTCBB Market Maker.
