PUBC's Recently Launched OTCBB 30 Index Sees Three Companies Graduate to AMEX

LAS VEGAS, NEVADA--(CCNMatthews - August 3, 2005) - Three companies listed on Public Company Management Corporation's (OTCBB:PUBC) newly launched PCMC Bulletin Board 30 Index (™) graduated to the American Stock Exchange (AMEX) last month. GAINSCO INC, Law Enforcement Associates and Covad Communications all appeared on the index of over-the-counter stocks in July and are now trading on the AMEX, making them perfect examples of the value of the OTCBB as a springboard for small companies to reach the larger exchanges. PUBC's index, located online at http://pcmc.stockgroup.com/pcmc30.asp, now includes three replacement stocks: Aerotelesis, Inc. (OTCBB: AOTL), China Digital Media Corp. (OTCBB: CDGT) and YTB International (OTCBB: YTBL).

"Although the number of companies on PCMC's OTCBB 30 Index that migrated to the AMEX was uncharacteristically high for one month, this trend demonstrates that the Over-the-Counter Bulletin Board offers an appealing platform to launch public companies onto a mainstream exchange," said Stephen Brock, PUBC's CEO. "The news of these three OTCBB graduates also validates the quality of companies within our composite OTCBB index."

According to data tracking of the OTCBB Web site (www.otcbb.com), 39 companies had graduated from the OTCBB to a major exchange as of August 2, 2005. As of that same date, the PCMC 30 Index year-to-date performance was up 29.64%.

The PCMC 30 Index, located at http://pcmc.stockgroup.com/pcmc30.asp, is subject to change without notice; certain events like migration to a mainstream exchange or other factors may be a catalyst for removal or substitutions.
