GATINEAU, QUEBEC--(Marketwired - May 12, 2016) - Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) wishes to advise motorists, cyclists and pedestrians of lane closures on the Macdonald-Cartier Bridge between Friday, May 13 and Sunday, May 15, 2016.
Two lanes in each direction will be closed to traffic intermittently between Friday May 13th, 8 p.m. and Sunday, May 15th, 7 p.m.
Pedestrians and cyclists will be affected as the sidewalks will be closed alternately. One sidewalk will remain open at all times.
These lane closures are necessary to conduct the spring cleaning of the bridge.
The schedule may change due to weather conditions.
PSPC encourages users to exercise caution when travelling in the construction zone and thanks them for their patience.
