Public School Trustees Come Clean

EDMONTON, ALBERTA--(Marketwire - Oct. 8, 2010) - Edmonton Public School custodial workers released the results of their interviews with public school board Trustee candidates today.

"We are endorsing the following candidates because they are concerned about student health and success," says Doug Luellman, President of CUPE Local 474 which represents over 800 custodial workers in Edmonton Public Schools.

"They recognize that Edmonton Public Schools has to address the need for centralized custodial services in order to assure all Edmonton Public Schools are cleaned to the same standard."

The research shows that in order to provide the best cleaning services a centralized model is better that site based management says Luellman.
