Public Service Announcement: 67th anniversary Battle of Britain parade at Canada Aviation Museum

OTTAWA, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Aug. 29, 2007) -



WHAT: 67th anniversary Battle of Britain ceremony

WHERE: Canada Aviation Museum-Aviation and Rockcliffe Parkways,
Ottawa, Ontario

WHEN: Sunday, September 16th at 10:15 a.m.


All are invited to a ceremony to mark the 67th anniversary of the Battle of Britain. The ceremony will include a parade by members of the Canadian Forces (CF), Air Cadets and Veterans, as well as a fly-past by Second World War and CF aircraft (weather permitting). Free parking will be available at CFB Rockcliffe with frequent shuttle service to/from the Canada Aviation Museum from 9:15 a.m.-2:00 p.m. Spectators are asked to be seated by 10:15am.
