Public Service Announcement: CF-18 Hornets Flyby at Toronto Argonauts Canadian Armed Forces Appreciation Game


TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - Aug. 19, 2016) - National Defence / Canadian Armed Forces

Two Royal Canadian Air Force CF-18 Hornets will conduct a flyby over BMO Field at the start of the Toronto Argonauts' Canadian Armed Forces Appreciation Game, which starts at 3 p.m. on Saturday, August 20.

The aircraft will fly over BMO Field at an altitude no lower than 500 feet above the highest point of its route before resuming a higher flying altitude for the return trip to 3 Wing Bagotville.

Flybys by Canadian Armed Forces aircraft are conducted in support of special events and are carefully planned and closely controlled to ensure public safety at all times.
